eh, could've been worse, i guess
noisy air conditioner false advertising
the location worked fine since i could drive to both miami and key west from there.
The room air conditioner? it was so noisy, i nearly started paying it rent. It seemed a bit of false advertising.

i enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the everglades national park eastern entrance. nearby restaurants offered diverse dining options. the outlet center, a short drive away, provided shopping convenience. krystal at the front desk offered friendly service and assistance.
the room cleaning could be improved as i noticed some ants.

great stay near everglades
nice pool area queen beds maintained premises
the pool area features a waterfall. My room had two queen beds. i found the premises clean and well maintained. Breakfast included waffles and eggs, a nice touch for a QUICK start.
the air CONDITIONER was quite loud, which slightly disrupted sleep.

decent stay near the everglades
convenient location ample parking daily cleaning noisy air conditioning faulty keycard slow entry
the location proved convenient for visiting everglades national park. a lot of parking spots were available and i always found space near my building. the room was cleaned daily, which i appreciated..
the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. i also noticed the keycard reader on the door did not always work properly. this made getting into my room sometimes take longer than expected.

Well-kept Hotel
immaculate grounds beautiful waterfall ample lighting
The hotel was well-kept for an older hotel. The grounds were immaculate, and the pool area featured a beautiful waterfall (a nice touch). I liked that there were plenty of lights at night.
the check-in process wasn't very smooth, and the front desk staff didn't seem particularly friendly or accommodating. This made what should have been a simple process somewhat difficult and frustrating. I hope they improve their customer service.
